Afaet

Afaet is a 30 m Jongert luxury sailing yacht for charter in Greece. Built by the well-known Dutch shipyard, she has been professionally maintained since her launch in 1991. In 2019 she underwent a major mechanical, interior and exterior refit practically transforming it to a modern yacht.

Specifically, she has been freshly painted, she features new sails, new interior floor and new teak on the deck. She is fully equipped with new radar, new batteries, autopilot, compass, 2 GPS Chart Raymarine Plotters. She also features new Scania Engine 380hp and two brand new generators. All these characteristics make the yacht looking as brand new. She has a cruising speed of 10 kn and she features a draft of 3,20 meter that will not limit the yacht’s cruising destinations. 

She combines perfectly serious sailing and the feeling of summer relaxation, as she features an excellent deck layout design. Specifically, the deck layout has with two separate cockpits and two separate steering positions making the yacht suitable for sailing the Greek Islands.

She can accommodate up to 9 adults in 4 cabins all with en-suite facilities. Her aft ship accommodation consists of two twin cabins (one with pullman beds) and en-suite bathroom facilities. Forward a there is a master suite consisting of a larger double-bedded cabin and smaller cabin to starboard. Both have en-suite bathroom facilities. All cabins are air conditioned, as are all living areas on the yacht, including the deck saloon when it is enclosed. TV and audio system is available in all the cabins.

There is a sheltered dining area in her semi enclosed deck saloon with seating layout for twelve people. Below deck, the high ceilings give the impression of space of a much larger yacht. Her large saloon offers two distinct areas for dining and relaxing.

The aft helm wet bar can be enjoyed for fresh cocktails with a view, and when at anchor guests can dive straight into the water from the yacht’s large swimming platform. The sailing yacht features large sun pads which are ideal to relax in the sunshine. In the aft garage a 4.25 m Aruba RIB tender can be found as well as a smaller 3 m RIB ,a stand up paddle board and plenty of toys.
