Cobra began designing and manufacturing its range of RIBs in the UK in 1988. Since then it has launched 5 different generation updates on its Nautique model range and is constantly trying to improve its boats to make sure it stay at the forefront of the RIB market.

Cobra has stayed dedicated to creating handcrafted boats for over 30 years which is translated into its design process. All of Cobra’s boats are moulded from a high precision 5-axis CNC machine, which works to a tolerance of +/- 0.005, meaning that all of its boats are built to the exact design specification. Cobra’s suspension helm seating has been specifically design so that all mechanisms are integrated to hide any unpleasant mechanics as well as protect them from the sea air.
